Animal welfare

As the country went into a lockdown, humans shut themselves away from any contact with the outside world to ensure their safety. Although it was advisable to prevent the ghastly pandemic from spreading, it left many street animals without any food and in was a worrisome state. Over 1000+ stray animals are being fed since day one of the lock-down.

Apart from feeding, medical assistance has been provided to hundreds of dogs and cows that were victim of rash driving. Paralyzed dogs have been treated and transferred to nearby animal shelters.
